Reaktives Neuromuskuläres Krafttraining ist ein ganzheitliches Training – es umfasst alle Ebenen der Motorik, also neben der Tiefensensibilität und reflektorisches Stabilisierungsfähigkeiten auch die bewusste Ausführung komplexer Bewegungsmuster, sowie die Einbeziehung der anderen motorischen Fähigkeiten wie Kraft, Schnelligkeit, Ausdauer und Beweglichkeit.
Kurz gesagt, wird in diesem Kurs die Fähigkeit, auf unvorhersehbare Ereignisse schneller und präziser zu reagieren, trainiert, dies dient dem Schutz vor Verletzungen im Alltag.
